If the diagnostic says inquiries are not configured, no support message can be submitted through this release.

Before a founder session

Use the inquiry action on the diagnostic page only after it shows a configured channel. Share your target role, timing, and one concept you want to strengthen. Do not send facility diagrams, client names, employer-confidential material, credentials, or proprietary exam content.

What the pilot includes

The price hypothesis covers one 45-minute mock interview, an immediate verbal debrief, and a one-page rehearsal plan delivered within two business days after the completed session. Scope and availability are confirmed manually before payment.

Problems and corrections

Report a broken diagnostic, accessibility issue, or inaccurate public statement through the configured founder inquiry channel. Include the page, browser, approximate time, and the behavior—not private employer or facility information.
